Privacy Policy

This policy explains what HYDRA ("we", "us") collects when you use hydraswarm.io and the HYDRA console, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have.

Short version: we collect what we need to sign you in and run your trading agent. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising cookies. Anything your trading wallet does on Solana is public on the blockchain.

01What we collect

Your sign-in. We use Privy to sign you in. Depending on the method you choose, Privy gives us a Privy user ID and the identity you signed in with: your email address (email or Google sign-in), your X username (X sign-in) or your Telegram user ID and username (Telegram sign-in). If you linked Telegram to your account before we moved to Privy, we also hold that Telegram user ID.

Your account and trading. Your HYDRA account ID, the invite code you redeemed, the settings and risk limits you choose, your trading mode, the decisions your agent makes, orders, fills, positions, profit and loss, and the approvals you give or decline.

Wallets. The address of the trading wallet we hold for you, the addresses of wallets you verify for withdrawals, and the signed messages that prove you control them.

What you send us. Messages you send to HYDRA in the console, support codes you share with us and anything you send us on Telegram or X.

Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and request logs, kept by our hosting and network providers to run and protect the service. We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page statistics. It does not use cookies.

Your browser. The console stores your session token and a few display preferences in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

02The blockchain is public

Your trading wallet and any wallets you verify are Solana addresses. Every transfer and trade they make is recorded on the Solana blockchain, which anyone can read and which nobody, including us, can erase.

03How we use it

• To create your account, sign you in and keep your session secure.
• To run your trading agent: find and assess tokens, make decisions and place trades within the limits you set.
• To show you your positions, history and results, and to process deposits, withdrawals and fees.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, protect accounts and keep the service working.
• To answer you when you contact us, and to tell you about important changes to the service.
• To meet legal obligations.

04Who processes it for us

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run HYDRA, and only what they need:

• Privy runs sign-in and holds your sign-in identity.
• Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregate analytics.
• Cloudflare carries traffic to our servers and protects them.
• Google, X and Telegram, only if you choose them to sign in.
• AI model providers process market data, your agent's settings and the messages you send HYDRA, so the agent can make decisions and answer you.
• Solana network and data providers receive wallet addresses and transactions so trades and transfers can happen.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

05How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must keep for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal reasons. Data on the Solana blockchain cannot be deleted.

06Security

The keys to the trading wallet we hold for you are kept on our servers and never in your browser. Withdrawals go only to wallets you have verified by signing a message. No system is perfectly secure, so use a sign-in method you control and keep it safe.

07Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under data-protection law, including the right to complain to your local regulator. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm the request comes from the account holder.

08Age

HYDRA is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

09Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you in the console before it takes effect.

10Contact
